We scheduled our cleaning weeks in advance for the day before our move-in and even paid a deposit. On the cleaning day, the service canceled our appointment without providing a reasonable explanation or solution. This completely derailed our moving plans and forced us to seek a last-minute, much pricier alternative. An extremely unprofessional experience — I would not recommend.
