Apalling company to deal with! It's been a hard year for everyone, but they don't care. They just care about making interest on everyone's money that they have held for the last 1.5 years.**I did successfully get a refund through contacting my bank and applying for a visa credit card chargeback for no service recieved** I highly recommend anyone else who has paid via visa card to do the same! Spartan will fight back but if you push the fact that you have paid for a service that they have not provided, the banks will pay you back.After the Melbourne/Aus 2020 race was postponed and finally cancelled, I contacted Spartan requesting a refund as I myself had been made redundant due to Covid and I am also pregnant with twins! Like everyone else- they didn't care and refused a refund, giving me credits to use within 10months- except they failed to secure any locations remotely close to the original location I paid for!!!Just pathetic! Fight tooth and nail for your money if you can, they definitely don't deserve it!
