I wanted a quality sex machine. I DID NOT want one from Amazon. I searched so many sites. I found Spartanlover and what appealed to me was their claim to be a small business. The product pictures, videos, graphics and description looked like it was a quality product and unique to this site. I purchased the machine for 89.99. It came with one attachment . They said it would come discreetly boxed with Spartan as the sender.Later that day I emailed them to cancel the order but I never got a reply.One day a box from Amazon was delivered. I don't shop with Amazon so I was confused. It had the Amazon logo and it had Amazon as the Shipper.Inside the box was the sex machine!I was quite upset. I immediately emailed Spartan and told them I didn't want a product from Amazon. If I did I would've ordered from them and not Spartan!They didn't reply. I emailed them 3 times and they never replied.I wanted to send it back because they hsd lied about their business and their product. I disputed the charge with my card company in hopes they could reach Spartan and I could return the machine for a refund. It was in it's original unopened packaging. Spartan responded to my card company. They sent a copy of an agreement I didn't agree to. It had someone else's name and information on it. They claimed I just didn't like that it was packaged in am Amazon box. My card company never asked for my proof they had fraudulently sold me an Amazon product and misrepresented themselves. That is illegal! The case was closed. Spartan took my 89.99 and purchase the sex machine from Amazon and had them ship it to me . I have the packing slip and gift receipt. I am pursuing this with an attorney now and I have reported them to the FTC and will report them to their state attorney general.I don't believe they make their dolls either. All of their products come from Amazon. They have no customer service. They care about making a buck and screwing the consumer.. Buy from the manufacturer and avoid shady groups like this who are not a small business who care. I will spend way more than 89.99 to get them to make this right . This was a horrible experience. I've never been scammed like this and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it Spartan lover is a run by thieves. Shop at Amazon because that's what you get
