This is a decent place to start if you have never actively traded before. Spartan does teach you a few good concepts such as risk management, how to scale into positions, and trade with discipline but you still have to do a lot of the work yourself to be successful long term. Also, keep in mind that furus like Spartan do well in bull markets but when the market gets choppy or does not just go up, he is nothing special. Everyone looks real smart in a bull market.Overall I do not think I would recommend this service because nothing special here is taught that you could not figure out yourself by just putting in some hours and reading about options, EMAs, risk management, etc... the other two reasons are because there is a lack of transparency in the way he keeps track of his record, and because his trades have not really helped my account overall. Also, the few times I have asked Spartan about a trade he has been short and not as helpful as I needed him to be and that has just rubbed me off the wrong way. I would not be surprised if this guy is just a paper trader that just bank rolls off his subscriptions..I have a very hard time believing all these 5 star reviews are organic.. I'm actually quite certain that some people here traded a 5 star review for a free month subscription.
Working in this community has helped me cut down on work to only one shift a week and trade part time while studying for grad school. I've been in other groups before and this one is the most organized and supportive. Spartan will personally help you and is always around if you have any questions.
This is an amazing group for any level of experience trader. Everything is transparent and straight forward, not like many other groups that fake it. The membership fee is nothing especially when you can pay it off in one trade. Personally after being in the group I went and purchased Spartan Trading webinar and it changed my trading a ton! Lots of great information that can help shape ur trading strategy and it works!
I heard about Spartan from a friend who only had positive things to say about him. My friend turned 2k into 7k in two months and my friends friend turned 20k into 48k. I decided to give it a try as Spartan had monthly discounts, I joined during the choppiness of March so my accounts took hits, however Spartan always gives out hedges and ways to skew the risk/reward to your favor. I am currently subbed to the swing chat room and won’t be leaving anytime soon. For the amount you pay it’s a no brainer. When the market is weak, you’ll be making money/minimizing your losses, in a relatively strong market, you’ll be making BANK. I can go on and on about how good the service is but at the end of the day this is just a review to how my experience personally is going. I highly suggest to take a look at his socials as he always has promotions going and you can see how good the chat rooms are for yourself. At the end of the day whether you are a good or a bad trader joining Spartans team will only make you better, no two ways about that.
Spartan is an absolute genius when it comes to trading. His depth of knowledge of market is unmatched compare to others I had followed in last few years since I started trading. Spartan has truly helped me become a better trader. He literally holds your hands to make make sure you understand market mumbo jumbo and help you navigate and become a successful trader / investor. Spartan has an incredible team of moderators including Momma(Beth), Southbeach, Twins, Kate, etc.. ready to help any investors above and beyond your expectations. They all are very knowlegeable and caring . I highly recommend signing up for both daytrading and swing trading and also webinars . I truly feel blessed that I found Spartan trading and being part of it.
After visiting several trading communities I was fortunate to find Spartan Trading. I decided to be a full time retail trader a year ago and after blowing several accounts finally decided to get the web seminars. I have learned in 2 weeks what I did not understood in 3 years. Spartan provides very straight and practical mentorship and most importantly I have witnessed the success and accuracy of his trading over more than a year in the Day trading membership.
Best trading community out there providing alerts, education, and 1 on 1 help. The community has a proven track record of turning customers into successful traders. Run by professional traders with domain expertise that will have you vastly outperforming the market.
Before you read any other review or decide to start using Spartan Trading, you need to consider two things: 1. with about 1,000 members in the swing trading room and another 500 or so in the live trading room, Spartan makes about $300,000+ a month with subscription fees. With that in mind, it really doesn't matter what his performance is like day in or day out as far as trading is concerned - at the end of the month he will be collecting revenue no matter his performance in trading, and as such, it is much easier for him to remove emotions from trading and just take all the trades that he calls out. If a trade works, cool. if it doesn't, oh well, still has $300k coming at the end of the month. Regardless of scaling in or out, or "controlling risk" as he champions so many times, he is essentially removed from losses in such a way that no subscriber is.2. He contacts his subs and offers a free month if they post a positive review, so this review section isn't as organic as it seems. While some of the other poor reviews are clearly chapped about losing money, my intent is not to defame or assert that his service is worthless - but rather that there are a couple of red flags that you should be wary off before proceeding down this road. It is possible to make money using his system, but be aware that most don't and there are some transparency issues that can develop if you spend any amount of time in his room. Here are some more things you should be aware of before starting down the road.First off, there is a very real lack of transparency. Despite numerous webinars and posting trade call outs throughout the day, it is very seldom that he will post actual proof of staying with the trades all the way through. I am sure that he is making trades, however after the call out, you're kind of on your own as far as adding into or scaling out of a position. While he will consistently call out "1000%+" trades, those are far and few between and there are many more that end up getting stopped out. Any question of this ratio is met with "i have given you all the tools, this is your fault that you are not making money. I've given you three separate 1000%+ trades, if you're still down, that's your fault." While that certainly may be true, after spending 18 months in the rooms, you have to wonder how successful his ratio is without there being that much proof of the trades. Doesn't matter if he is making money on the trades, he is making more selling subscriptions. One thing that he could do to clarify that misunderstanding is post his trade logs at the end of the day. It doesn't need to be P/Ls or numbers of shares/contracts, but rather just the times of the buys and sells so that users can better understand how he is adding and scaling out relative to the charts he is using. With the above in mind, there is no real way to tell if he buys hundreds of contracts of a specific strike and then sells them for a 5-10% profit as his subs buy the contract, holding onto 1 just to track the percent gain that he could call out. If he really is taking the trades and riding them all the way through, then regularly posting proof of the trades would clarify any suspicion of both pumping-and-dumping as well as if he is really using his own system that he says works, despite a daily track record of more losses than wins if you take into account stops and selling targets.In short: be careful of your time in the room. You will see people posting to the Completed Trades sections that are making money, but that appears to be about 1% of the room.
If you're someone who only wants to follow alerts, leave now. If you're someone who wants to learn to execute trades as a professional, there is no other mentor in this industry who will take the time for you to get better. Spartan has created a community of professionals who are willing to help in any way they can. Spartan and the moderators in this community have taught me more in the 3 short years than I learned as an FA or from any tests I took to become a financial professional. We all learn something new everyday from someone in the community. We all help each other and lift each other up. If you want to be good you need to follow the guidelines that Spartan provides. HE GIVES YOU THE RECIPE TO BE SUCCESSFUL! Its up to you as a person and as a professional to put in the work to trade. If you can't take full ownership of your emotions and everything in it you will never reach your full potential. The moderators in his community are PROFESSIONALS - they have seen it all. They will do everything in their power to help. You just have to help them, help you(put in the work). You will find with Spartan that he is the most black and white in this industry. He says what he means and he means what he says. He is very literal when he speaks and he doesn't speak to deceive. Another amazing thing about him is that he has an abundance mentality - He always has from when I first started trading with him. (The more, the more!) The more he started teaching and talking to people the more he became a better trader and thus became a better teacher and mentor. He is brilliant.As humans we always seem to make it more complicated than it needs to be: -Create rules around risk/reward. -Follow them - respect your stops - cut losses quick and protect capital.-Study charts-Learn from the people in this community because their knowledge is invaluable Spartan gives you everything you need to be successful, to be professional, and to quit your W-2. His mentorship and guidance have changed my life from being an employee to becoming a business owner. (As a TRADER)Learn from him - Train yourself to be like him, to see what he sees - Execute trades like a robot with no emotions or bias. This membership will give you everything that you need to become a more than adequate trader. The moderators, especially Spartan, take time out to help guide and instruct you on how to do that. It's really up to you to apply the information and when you do, you will see the results and you'll see how this subscription is more than worth it. Couldn't recommend this trading group anymore.
