My 74-year-old father has been waiting 9 weeks for his replacement TV. I was assured it would finally be delivered on Monday, 3rd November, so I took the day off work to be at home. They confirmed 3 times delivery would be Monday 3rd November. On the day of delivery, the courier cancelled it, claiming the supplier (Spatial) had not provided the stock.Today, the tracking status falsely shows the TV as delivered, when it has not arrived. I have contacted both Spatial and the courier three times since yesterday and received no response from either.I am now left taking unpaid time off work, with no idea if or when the TV will actually arrive. This is completely unacceptable.Edit: I managed to get through to SPATIAL via their life chat but they essentially stone walled me and wouldn't tell me anything, not even what happened with delivery of our TV, if they have it there and delivery will be rescheduled, if they had it at all, nothing. Just told me they can't comment.
