Overall, great company and they delivered my Sony ULT Tower 9AC speaker on time. I can't wait to try it out on Christmas Day! It was nice to see that it was £100 off the retail price as well.The only reason I deducted one star was because I signed up for the newsletter, hoping to receive 5% offer off my first order but I never received it for some reason. I even e-mailed about it, but I couldn't see a reply.I'm sure there was a reason, but it would have been nice to have deduced another £25 or so.Other than that, highly recommended!
