I bought credits, twice, months later, turns out what I bought was a subscription, never was I aware they would continue charging me every month, let alone twice a month. When I contacted them, they never answered. I canceled my subscription and they are still attempting to charge me! I contacted them again to let them know that I canceled and am still being charged! I am livid. Still no contact from them. Pissed.
