I purchased two mini cameras. I found the app which came with cameras was almost devoid of any means to modify settings. The cameras worked but the app continually failed to recognise the cameras and I needed to reboot and reconnect over and again. I requested a refund in accordance with their advertising of a full refund and free returns within 7 days. I received an email offering me 20% refund and keep cameras. I explained I'm a pensioners on fixed income and I had purchased the cameras to enable me to monitor my disabled wife to ensure her safety and again asked for a full refund so that I could purchase a camera that does what I need. They then offered me 30% refund. They are clearly not going to honour their refund policy. I do not recommend this company.
