The purchasing process, communication, and delivery were all excellent. The exterior quality is superb, but the interior tends to leave minor scratches on the vehicle. While this isn't critical due to the protective coating, it means I reserve the cover for times I'm away instead of using it daily. A softer interior would have earned a perfect score.
