The buying experience, communication, and delivery were all excellent. The product's exterior is high quality, but the interior causes slight scratches on the vehicle. This isn't a major concern due to the protective coating, but it restricts my use of the cover to when I'm away instead of daily. A softer interior would have made it a perfect score.
