Excellent service, communication and turnaround.I sent my specs off on Wednesday, was called to make payment on Thursday, and Specs arrived back Friday! Repair excellent. Specs fitted with new right side spring joint - arm re-attached and loose left arm was secured. Total cost £32.99 price includes special delivery. No grumbles with that at all - saved me rushing out to buy a new pair that would have cost £200 upwards.
