It is three months since I collected my glasses. Over that period the screws have become loose leading to the lenses coming out. Each time I put them back in and tightened the screws however this has lead to damage to the screw heads. One lenses is now continuously moving around in the frame. I went for the dearer frames this time round in the hope of avoiding this problem because I had experienced the same when I got the cheaper frames at Specsavers previously. Unfortunately the problem persists. Loose screws and lenses popping out don't discriminate between cheap or dear frames. It is a pity because the in-store service was very good. Off putting really .
