I found the staff in Portlaoise good and they were professional.The premises is completely inadequate. It is way too small and claustrophobic. There is no customer toilet and no drinking water available. Staff are falling ovef each other, never mind customers. I was there for 2 hours with my elderly father and the experience was very unpleasant for him.
