No one from the staff didn’t even offer the help.Two staff members were doing something near the shelves with a frames, ignoring the fact that I couldn’t come up and look.When I approached the staff at the checkout, she was very unhappy and unfriendly.She told me to sit and wait.I waited, no one came.I decided to leave and asked to give my report from the doctor. The staff at the checkout was very rude. She didn’t even ask me what was the matter and rudely gave me the doctor’s report. I’m very unhappy with a service.That same day I ordered glasses in another place, where they offered me help and helped a lot.
