Went into specsavers today as the arm of my glasses (screw) came loose and I mislaid the screw. Went into GPO arcade S.S. No after-sales service 😡😡. So disappointed! I was told by a girl (upstairs in GPO arcade) that they didn’t have a screw to fit my glasses ????? (A major optician’s in Europe didn’t have a screw to fit my glasses)????? She said that I could buy a new pair of glasses!! Never again will I use specsavers! Vision express thank you for your care and help!!!
