Having used Specsavers in the UK and always been very pleased with the service and products, I was hoping for the same in Bray. Alas I am very disappointed. Firstly my husband ordered 2 pairs of glasses but one pair was presented with the wrong lense prescription and had to be re made and just a couple of months later one of the lenses fell out! I also ordered 2 pairs of glasses, the prescription sunglasses were ok but having specifically requested a graduated tint on my everyday glasses and being reassured that it would be possible to have this as per my previous glasses obtained in UK, this was not done when I went to collect them and I was informed that Specsavers do not provide graduated tints 🤷♀️Why wasn’t I told this at the point of order? Waste of time and money. We will NOT be returning to Specsavers .
