They are.I called them and what had happened was that i had been booked in for some sort of additional scan without my consent. What I think should happen is that customers are given the choice of the basic free test or the basic test plus the additional chargeable scan, so that all is clear and transparent.Sharp practice to do what they are doing in my opinion.So i cancelled.
