I was wearing the wrong lenses from Feb -to December as my contact lenses were not updated on their system.When getting tested for an eye test today the optician confirmed it . As I was saying how the lenses hurt me . I had 4 months of unused lenses ,But the manager in store today only wanted to take back 3months as the other box had been opened.I was treated rudely in store as if I was at fault . I later received a phone call stating they couldn’t meet my expectations in which I never had a conversation about & told me my account was closed without any discussion. I sent emails to the retail manager in Ennis & was completely ignored. Explaining it’s affected me with headaches & have very dry eyes.Avoid Specsavers at all costs . Also Specsavers replied after this was posted . So I replied to them & they have completely ghosted me stay away they do not care !!!
