Had an eye test and ordered 2 Pairs of glasses, all went well until collection! I couldn't read with them, the prescription was all wrong! I was told it'll all be grand, they'd send them back to be redone and that they knew what the issue was, fast forward to 1 month after my first visit I went back to collect the redone lenses/glasses and they were wrong again, still couldn't read any print, was all fuzzy. The optical expert and I use this term loosely as they were definitely not said it was because I have a super fancy expensive lense in my previous glasses!!! Seriously 😳 I couldn't read no expensive lense is gonna fix that issue! They offered to send them back a 3rd time and add a fancy lense as they referred to it at a cost of 300 to me! All in it would have cost 820 as I'd already paid 520!! Seriously awful service... I would never recommend this to anyone. It was like I was an inconvenience and no-one really cared...Just another day for these guys. Stay away.
