Spectronic's website promised shipment by DHL within 48 hours.After four days with no updates, I contacted customer service. They assured me the order was "ready and just waiting for DHL to pick it up." The very next day, their story completely changed: the company confessed they did not, in fact, have the phone in stock. This was a blatant lie.I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund. On September 2, I was promised the refund would be processed that same day. Today, more than two weeks later, I have still not received it.Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, email, Facebook, and WhatsApp, the company has completely stopped responding. They have promised a refund three or four times, but these were all just more lies.This experience has been completely unacceptable. Spectronic lies about product availability, shows a total lack of respect for its customers, and fails to honor its commitments.Avoid this company if you want to avoid losing your time and money.
