I am currently STILL waiting for an update from this company. Ordered the phone Oct 2 and they were very quick to replay that my order was being processed. They said 3-5 business days in their response. Well here we are 10 days..no phone no tracking update ..NOTHING. I emailed 5 times and left 2 messages (no one is there to answer a call..not even sure if it's really an option to chat to anyone) Finally got a response at 1:05am Oct 10 (again a response a 1:05am makes no sense..shows me this isn't a real professional operation) saying I would have an update on a couple hours. Well here we are 2 days later and absolutely nothing. The chat feature is non responsive as is this company. I just want a refund at this point and again have asked numerous times to again NO RESPONSE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! There's other online stores that actually offer a service and actually follow through with what they say they will do. I can't express enough the unprofessionalism of this company. Update coming if and when I actually get another response.
