We ordered two phones (same brand and model but different colours) based on the supported Cellular Networks and Market Countries. The invoice states exactly what we ordered. We received one as we ordered, the other was NOT what was ordered. It was for the Market Countries of China, HK, Taiwan. Problem!!! Email sent immediately, Called immediately, Chat next business day... No reply from email, no reply by phone. Only advised, by chat, that there is a facility move underway and to wait one week. Requested an email confirming that the wrong device was sent and there would be a replacement. NADA. If and when this is rectified, this review will be as well. If you are considering an order...wait a week and see if they make good on their statement.Spectronic did eventually get in touch and I received a replacement phone at the very end of February. I have not yet received instructions on sending the wrong phone back. Communication is seemingly an issue still.
