I anticipated that the phone would be a plug and play experience. Not so, to set up everything cost me way more than the phone purchase and I needed cables that did not come with the phone to transfer data from my old phone to the new one, even though it is also an Samsung product. I will likely purchase another phone from a representative in my area instead of buying online.
