I loved Speechify while I had it and unfortunately, I ran into financial problems and needed to cancel my subscription. I did not cancel it in time, but the customer service representative that was assigned to me, Jerylle, listen to my situation and was able to help me cancel my subscription. They checked on my account and they reached out to me a few times through email. It made it quite easy. I look forward to returning to Speechify!
