"I am extremely frustrated with this company. "I paid £250 to this company on 26/01/2026 specifically for a practical test booking. It has now been 2 months and they have not booked anything or provided any updates. They are happy to take your money but completely disappear when it comes to delivering the service. Save your money. Every time I call, I get a different excuse, or worse, I’m ignored entirely. It feels like they are just holding onto my money without actually looking for a slot. This has delayed my license by months. I have requested a refund and am still waiting for a response. Highly unprofessional.
