I spent over £3,000 on the Speediance Gym Monster 2, including shipping, and the delivery experience was appalling.When the driver arrived, he asked where my forklift was to unload the machine — something that was never mentioned during ordering or when scheduling delivery. I had been told it would be delivered to the nearest entrance of my house. Instead, because I obviously didn’t have a forklift, the driver took the machine back.I then had to wait for Speediance to receive it back at their warehouse before arranging redelivery, which added two extra weeks of delay. On top of that, I never received the promised tracking information until I chased for it myself, resulting in wasting an entire day working from home waiting for nothing.To be fair, the customer service representative I dealt with was polite, acknowledged the mistakes, and arranged a two-person delivery upgrade. But even with her help, the whole process was slow, stressful, and poorly managed. For a purchase of this price, the lack of proper planning, communication, and accountability is unacceptable.The machine itself may be good, but the delivery and logistics side of this company is shockingly unprofessional. Customers spending thousands deserve far better.
