We rented a luggage locker at a central station and ended up paying 399 SEK for about six hours. This seemed excessively high, so we later checked and found the maximum charge for 24 hours should be 299 SEK. We overpaid by 100 SEK. Despite sending multiple emails, we received no response. Our attempts to file a claim were met with errors every time. It's frustrating and feels like we were cheated.
