I was approved for a $2200 loan and decided to visit the location to expedite the process instead of waiting 24 hours. However, when I realized I didn’t have my information, I informed the representative that I would wait for the online approval and left. Unfortunately, she took it upon herself to cancel my loan. This was a frustrating experience with very poor customer service. I will not consider this service again.
