I received a $500 loan on January 28, 2026 at 9:00 PM and immediately exercised my Right of Rescission as stated in the loan agreement.I have sent multiple emails requesting instructions on how to return the full principal within the 48-hour rescission period, but I have received no response at all.I am fully willing and ready to repay the $500 immediately, but the lack of communication is preventing me from doing so properly.This review serves as public documentation that I requested rescission within the legal timeframe and am still awaiting clear repayment instructions.I hope SpeedyFina will respond promptly and resolve this issue.
