I have tried to return this product multiple times with no response for the manufacturer. I have found this product to be cheaply made and overpriced and lacking in space for a piece of luggage this size. There unresponsiveness is infuriating especially when I receive a marketing email from them multiple times a week. I feel stuck with an overpriced product.

Harvey Jones made the experience of a return so much easier. He responded quickly and was reasonable with my request to substitute on piece of luggage for the other. So customer service was good. Be cautious of what size bag you are ordering and that many airlines now include the wheels and handles in their measurements.

Needed the extra room and got the expandable carry on. The zipper seems to be good but would have liked the lock closure instead. Also the front computer pocket is to small. It rolls perfect and fits clothes nicely. A good buy. The weekend bag is excellent!!

Terrible service. After purchasing 3 pieces of luggage for myself for Christmas I decided to return one of them due to space concerns. I obtained an RMA from Nobl, and was informed I had to pay return shipping, which was not ideal due to the size of the package but I accepted. I returned the luggage in the originally packaging unused and blemish free. Return was delivered on 2/2. Exactly 3 weeks later and the refund has yet to be issued. Customer service says they are still "inspecting my return". At this point I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. This type of service is simply uncceeptable in 2026 when so many other vendors go above and beyond for your business.
