Moved out and been messed around still I moved out of a property managed by them in July and agreed to pay for any work scheduled before I moved out to fix an issue with the roof in the neighbours property. This was communicated to the factors directly. After 5 months of me emailing and been told there were no outstanding repairs and receiving a substantial refund, I received an email stating there was an outstanding bill for £150 on the 22nd of July. Completely messed around, mislead and down right bad service. Zero trust and seems like they are just after money...would be so careful when doing business 23/1- this review has been responded to but not my emails
