This was my first order with them, however I have been ordering Wigs for years. My order got misplaced in the shipping process(it ships directly to me from the manufacturer) so I reached out to Sherri at Spellbound because USPS was useless. She responded to me within a few hours, then reached out to the manufacturer to figure out where my order was and got it located. She kept in contact with me through the process and within days I had my hair. AMAZING customer service!! I will definitely order from them again.
