I bought a Samsung smart TV and a Sonos sound bar from Spencer's TV & Appliance. The items were shown to me by: Gary Kolstad. The Sonos sound bar sounded great in the showroom. I was told it was very easy to set up at my home. That was not the case so I contacted Gary Kolstad, as he told me if I had a problem with it he would come to my house and set it up for me.I sent to below e-mail to Gary, as shown below within the dashed lines.=======================================Hi Gary,If the offer is still good could you come to my house and set up the Sonos sound bar I bought from Spencer’s?Tim Bruder=======================================Gary responded to me that he was too buy. But he could send out a technician at $200 to set it up.I have purchased appliances in the thousand from Spencer's TV & Appliance since the early 80's.
