My company has been using Spendesk for a few months. Recently, all cards stopped working hindering the work of a large part of the team that needs to buy various supplies several times a day to keep the business going. I chased daily with customer support. They took several days to identify the issue, initially asking me to top up the account with several £000s first (which I did and it didnt work) and now OVER TEN working days later, no sign of resolution. They are sitting on £15k of our funds and my team is not able to use the cards, having to spend their own money, which is exactly why we contracted Spendesk to avoid. My issue is not being treated with urgency and I at a loss as to what to do next. I want to move away from the platform but feel stuck and unassisted.
