Ordered some distance glasses and they were great so I thought i would order some prescription sun glasses.
Unfortunately there was a fitting fault on one of the lens, with the plastic/wire loop sticking out. Called customer services who resolved things immediately with a returns label and re shipped out with fix in a matter of days.
Things happen and they dealt with it all very efficiently which demonstrates that good customer service/after sales services is paramount for returning customers.
