I had a frustrating experience with S.P Green & Co. I ordered a ring but canceled it just a day later. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I call, I get a different excuse, which only adds to my frustration. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Stay away from these guys

Established in 1979 as a manufacturing jeweller, S.P. Green became one of the first manufacturing jewellers to open as a retail shop within Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter. The Green family now have four retail shops, three in the Jewellery Quarter and more recently the new branch in the City of Bath.
