I tried on an item of clothing and it didn’t fit. I sent it back right away in its packaging and the return was denied. They claimed the item was worn and soiled. I wrote back challenging their story and have not gotten a reply. I am a 69 year old woman who knows better than to scam a return (my conscience is far more important than money) I subsequently read reviews on Reddit and Facebook that confirm the sketchy return system of this company so I believe Trust Pilot needs to do more due diligence. I am out almost $200 for trusting them to stand behind their return policy. They don’t deserve even one star as far as I am concerned.
