Had bought the SF600 3 tier shelf unit and just after a year of having it(when the warranty expired) 2/3 power supplies got so hot and melted, thankfully I caught it before starting a fire. I also had each power supply in a different power socket so I was not overloading our outlet. So I emailed spider farmer clearly stating 2/3 were bad along with a side by side image, after 19 emails of arguing, they finally agreed to send "power supplies" for a $20 shipping charge so, we paid. After 2 weeks I get an email stating how they no longer make that power supply and will be sending "new upgraded ones" another week and a half goes by and we get another email saying "that power supply is out of stock so we will be sending new SF600s. Another week and a half later, only 1 light shows up so I once again, email them back about having 2 as originally stated. They then proceeded to tell me that I only specified 1 power supply so I in turn took screenshots of the very first email I sent specifying 2/3 were bad along with the screenshot of the pictures I sent them, I am waiting on a reply and told them I do not want their product cause I'm sure they'll want another $20 for shipping due to their mess up. Just a horrible place for any kind of customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend their products. If I wasn't their at the time, my house could have literally burnt down due to they're faulty power supplies that they just so happen to "not make them anymore".
