My order number shows no tracking information, and the package is not expected until January 5. I have tried calling the number on your website, but it redirects me without connecting to anyone. I also emailed but have yet to receive a response. Given the lack of communication and concerning reviews I have seen, I am starting to doubt the legitimacy of this website.
