I ordered a Christmas gift for my niece but never received a tracking number, just a notification that it was prepared. When I emailed, I was told there was an error and that the item was out of stock, but they now have it and will ship it immediately. It’s been 4-5 days with no shipment. Christmas is in about 4 days, and I emailed again about the delay but received no response. I am requesting a refund and have not heard back. This has been a terrible holiday experience!
