I hope you are doing well. I am contacting you regarding an order I made on December 19th for a hoodie and sweatpants for my son. My order details show no tracking information, and the package is not expected to arrive until January 5th.
I attempted to call the number provided on your website, but it redirects me to another number without connecting me to anyone. I also sent an email and have yet to receive a response.
Given the lack of communication and several alarming reviews I've come across, I'm starting to worry about the legitimacy of this website. If I cannot speak with someone soon to confirm the delivery status, I will be requesting a full refund.
I needed this order before Christmas, so this situation is urgent. I would appreciate a quick response to address this issue.
