I received a $15 free bonus, which I played through and successfully increased to $180. When I attempted to withdraw the winnings, I was informed that I needed to make a deposit first in order to redeem the bonus funds. I proceeded with the deposit and played through it, but unfortunately lost the deposited amount.Afterward, I tried again to redeem the bonus winnings but was unsuccessful. Upon contacting customer support, I was told that deposits “unlock” the bonus winnings I had already earned. Specifically, for every $50 deposit I play through, only $1 of the bonus winnings is unlocked.This unlocking requirement was not disclosed prior to requesting a deposit to access the bonus winnings, which I found to be misleading.
