Update Dec. 3rd, my winnings were deposited this miring. I withdrew Nov. 21. I have not experience this before and only because of the reviews I was hopeful that I’d eventually would get it. Unfortunately, as much as I like the games and platform, I highly doubt I will play here again. I will add through all of my emails and chats, customer service still stayed very kind. I do think many of the emails scripted but I also think that most of it is out of their control.I’m new to this casino and to be honest I absolutely love the platform and the games. I would’ve given it a five out of five last week; however, as of tomorrow morning, it will be six working days and I still have not received my first win of $500. Of course there was the weekend as well, but they do not process on the weekend, which is fine. I have never had to wait six days to be paid and often paid within hours. I actually recommend this casino to two friends!!!Initially, the customer service was fantastic but now I keep getting the same scripted story. “This is unusual” “They will prioritize it and push it to the front” “It is at the end of the process” and still nothing! Sometimes I wonder if this is done in hopes that I take the winnings back and play. That is not happening. So frustrating!
