I made an account and got a welcome bonus, after i deposited, the bonus vanished from my promotion. When i spoke with support, i was told i wasnt eligible to receive it. I was told that i could email support to find out why. Keep in mind i havent used this account yet. I was then told i couldn’t get the bonus since i spent my deposit already, and they would give me the bonus if i deposited again, really? Upon escalation, i was told that i wasn’t eligible to receive winning. (??) Terrible experience. I would not recommend using this site.
