I’m following up on previous post. Verification still not checked it’s been now 16 days . So dissapointing really. Stalling tactics so I don’t withdraw my money . I have emailed support team and they apologized and said all the right things . But, this is what they do . They apologize and don’t give much solutions to the problem . Now is probably time to look into gaming authority involved and I will look into the process of how to start that . I’ll keep u updated in next few days . What ever u do anyone be careful of these online casinos and their sister sites . U will get so stressed out dealing with them .
