I won a decent amount, but the withdrawal process took over a week! I had to verify my payment method, but there was no option to upload the necessary documents! The service is poor, and there's little desire to assist a customer who has spent money on the platform. I slowly gambled away my winnings. You’d think they would show some care for their customers by providing decent support and at least reimbursing me a portion of my winnings. The wait time is incredibly long. I do not recommend this.
