I had one account. Unable to use due to it being hacked, I couldn't log in and have no access to the email connected to it. So I made a new one with email and never was able to play on the original accountwhich is why I created a 2nd one. I purchased coins on this new account played and won just around $112. When redeeming, spinblitz closed my 2nd account and emailed me stating i have multiple account and to use the original. I explained it have no access to it. I'm unable to get emails or shying bcz is hacked and I explained every detail. I have only been bombarded with repeat automated emails that customer service will get back to me and emails from multiple representatives emailing me with the same copy and pasted email that they closed my account and to use the other account. And it was s violation of their terms. I have continue to tell them over and overthe same information. And yet no one has properly assisted me or read my replies in order to assist me. Unethical, untrustworthy, and should be shut down for a casino app
