Spinblitz claims to have sent me a redemption going back to July, of this year. Upon further inspection, this never occurred. Through email, no one has been helping. It took a substantial amount of emails going back and forth to finally get a 15 digit trace code for the ACH, in which my bank does not see. Spinblitz team keeps telling me that they are working on this and speaking to the right departments. But, there hasnt been any follow up. I have been actively trying to communicate with them as well as their payment provider, B2 Services without a resolution. IF they do not answer for days via email, it tell you by sending a follow up that you will delay your own request. For me, there shouldnt be such long delays on something like this. This is the second issue i have had with redeeming from this site, where the other one took 2 months.
