This is the second time I made a purchase and did not get the free spins from the promo or “mega offer ” they call it. I’ve gotten emails from 2 or 3 different people saying we will look into it please be patient blah blah. Y’all dam sure took my money in an instant now get some customer service people who can fix these problems quickly and maybe offer something better then a useless heartless apology.I’ve changed my rating from 1to 2 stars because they did finally give me what I paid for, but it was a bit of a pain.
