Possible Theft of funds

On 9/11 I purchased a bonus round for 40SC. When I had winnings over 300SC with 2 or 3 spins remaining in the bonus the game had crashed. I reached out to support and they confirmed the 40SC was removed from my account. After going back with support and no “updates” that was told id get. As of today when I reached out I am being told my winnings were confirmed to be zero from that. That is incredibly unlikely from a bonus buy purchase and I know for 100% fact I had already won over 300SC. From support: “ Please be assured that our system is designed to record and complete any actions taken before an interruption. However, if the game disconnected or froze before you initiated a spin, it would not be recorded since the spin did not actually take place.” That would not be the case if 40SC was removed and this is the only detail they have shared and it is completely incorrect to my issue. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. This is theft of funds.
